The Classroom Enhancement Grant

Early childhood education is an underfunded industry and many teachers are forced to spend their own money to purchase classroom supplies. Studies have shown that teachers all over the country are spending at least $500 per year on classroom supplies. This, unfortunately, can leave teachers in a financial bind as the annual salary of an early childhood professional is only $35,000. Teachers have the biggest hearts and despite the fact that they do not make nearly enough, they always do their best to take care of each student. There is no denying that teachers need our help now more than ever. This grant is offered as a way for educators to receive more funding for their classrooms so they do not have to spend their hard-earned money on supplies.
